My wife introduced me to Ken Shigley. She had been working out with Ken and recommended him. I wanted a trainer who would help me with both my physical fitness and nutrition. I knew I was not going to push myself enough to make the necessary changes, so I was willing to make the financial investment in my current and future self.
I, like most men when we age, had lost some muscle, added a few extra pounds, and lived a sedentary lifestyle. My energy levels were low and I was experiencing a lot of body aches and pains.
